Chuck Sugent is president of USA Dance - Eastern Shore www.usadanceeasternshore.org a nonprofit
organization dedicated to the promotion of Ballroom, Latin, and Swing dancing here on Delmarva. Off the
dance floor, Chuck is a Business Systems Analyst for MaTech in Salisbury, is an avid rower, and is said to
crew on any sailboat with a reasonable chance of making it back to the dock in one piece. He and his wife
Patricia are admittedly "come heres" to the area. They still find it ironic to have moved from a city of three
million people to be introduced to ballroom dancing in Salisbury. Six years later, you can't get them out of
Salisbury, or out of the ballroom. Chuck enjoys all dance forms, particularly the Latin dances where he and
Patricia can express their irrepressible attitude in artisitc movement. "And where else in life, Chuck says,
can you find an outlet where your wife actually has to follow your lead?"
